- Date, date and time of the call.
- Agent, agent that made the call.
- Destination, number dialed by the agent.
- Disposition, type of disposition for the call.
- Duration, call duration.
- Wait Time, ring time before the call was answered.
- Trunk, trunk through which the call was made.
