Steps to Reactivate Your License

To ensure your new license count or features are active, you must perform a manual reactivation within the VitalPBX interface:

  1. Log in to your VitalPBX installation as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to Admin > Add-Ons > Add-Ons.
  3. Locate the specific add-on you upgraded (e.g., Connect or Sonata Suite).
  4. Click on the green key icon located next to the add-on name.
  5. A window will appear showing your current licensing information. Click the Reactivate button (often displayed in green).
  6. Refresh your browser to force the interface to display the updated limits and privileges.

Note: If the license count still does not update after following these steps, please ensure your PBX has an active internet connection to reach the VitalPBX licensing servers.
