To ensure your new license count or features are active, you must perform a manual reactivation within the VitalPBX interface:
- Log in to your VitalPBX installation as an administrator.
- Navigate to Admin > Add-Ons > Add-Ons.
- Locate the specific add-on you upgraded (e.g., Connect or Sonata Suite).
- Click on the green key icon located next to the add-on name.
- A window will appear showing your current licensing information. Click the Reactivate button (often displayed in green).
- Refresh your browser to force the interface to display the updated limits and privileges.
